יובל בן 3 - Yuval's birthday

אני אוהבת את שני הילדים שלי, כל אחד בדרכו.
מעיין היא בכורתי, בזכותה הפכתי לאמא והיא לימדה אותי מהי אהבה אין סופית של אמא. היא חכמה ונבונה ובעיקר מזכירה לי את עצמי בגילה (גם במראה וגם בצורה בה היא מדברת ומתנהגת).

יובל הוא ילד שנלחמתי בשבילו. הוא נולד היום בדיוק לפני 3 שנים אחרי הריון לא קל ולידה קשה. מהרגע הראשון שרני בעלי הביאו אותו לחדר אחרי שהתאוששתי מהניתוח הקיסרי התאבהתי בו. רק אחרי שיובל נולד הבנתי מהי הכוונה כשאומרים "הילד של אמא".

I love my children, each one in a different way.

Mayan is the oldest, my first child and thanks to her I became a mother. She taught me the meaning of mother's love. She is smart and intelligent and especially reminds me of myself at her age (even how she looks and how she speaks and acts).

Yuval is a child that I fought for him. He was born today 3 years ago, after a difficult pregnancy and a hard birth. From the first moment that Rani (my hundsband) brought him to the room (after I recovered from the Cesarean section) I fell in love with him. Only after Yuval's birth I understood the meaning of "mama's boy".

כמה חודשים אחרי שהכרתי את רני, בעלי, ראיתי תמונה שלו בתור ילד, חמוד ומתוק אמרתי לו שהייתי רוצה שיהיה לנו ילד בדיוק כמו שהוא היה כשהיה ילד. למזלי זה קרה לי. ויובל יצא בדיוק כמו שאחלתי - יפה ומקסים (בדיוק כמו אבא שלו כשהיה בגילו).

והיום כשהערנו את יובל בבוקר עם עוגה ונרות חשבתי בלבי שאני בת מזל. יש לי משפחה מקסימה. בעל אוהב. בת בדיוק כמו שאיחלתי ויש לי את הבן שתמיד רציתי - אוצר אמיתי, מקסים ויפה, חם ואוהב, פשוט קסם.
אז חמוד שלי, תדע שאמא ממש אוהבת אותך ומאחלת לך שכל חלומותיך יתגשמו. שתגדל להיות אדם טוב, ישר והוגן שמרוצה מהחיים שלו. אמן!

A few months after I met Rani, my husband, I saw a picture of him as a child, cute and sweet and I told him that I'd like to have a child just as he was when he was a child. Luckily it happened to me and I got my Yuval, that is just as beautiful and charming I wished (just like his dad was at that age).

And today when we woke up him this morning with a cake and candles I thought that I'm lucky. I have a beautiful family - I have a loving husband, a daughter just as I wished and a son as I always wanted - a real treasure, charming and beautiful, warm and loving.

So my darling Yuval, I woulk like you to know that mom really loves you and wishes you that all your dreams will come true. I whish you that you'll become to be a good person, honest and happy with his life. Amen!

כרטיס ברכה למרינה - Marina's greeting card

חברה שלי מרינה התחתנה ביום חמישי עם רומן, החבר שלה מזה שנים רבות. כיוון שאנחנו חברות טובות מהעבודה רציתי לפנק אותה עם כרטיס ברכה מיוחד ואישי.
מרינה אוהבת את הצבע הסגול והכחול טורקיז (כמו צבע העיניים שלה) לכן השתדלתי לשלב בכרטיס את הצבעים שהיא אוהבת.
החתונה הייתה מאוד כייפית ומרינה הייתה כלה יפהפיה וברגעים אלה היא ורומן מבלים בירח הדבש שלהם בזנזיבר שבאפריקה.
העיקר שיהיה לה במזל טוב!

My friend Marina got married last Thursday with Roman, her boy friend. Since we are close friends I wanted to prepare her a special card.

Marina loves purple and blue light (like her eye's color) so I tried to made the card with the colors she likes.

The wedding was very fun and Marina was a beautiful bride. In these moments she is with Roman enjoying their honeymoon in Zanzibar Africa.

I whish the the best!

שני דפים חדשים - Two new scrapbooking pages

אני אוהבת את הדפים החדשים של Prima בעיקר את הקולקציה Pixie Glen. בקיט של חודש נובמבר של My Punch קיבלנו את דף יהפהפיה Cornwall מתוך הקולקציה הזו. כשראיתי אותו הרגשתי שאני חייבת להכין דף מעוצב. כשמצאתי את התמונה של רני (בעלי) עם יובל, ידעתי שיש כאן "שידוך"

I love the new pages of Prima particularly the Pixie Glen collection. In the November's Kit of My Punch I got the lovely page Cornwall from this collection. When I saw the page I felt that I had to make a scrapbookpage with this page. When I found the picture of my husband Rani with Yuval, I knew that "this is the picture":

כמובן שזה לא היה דף היחיד שהכנתי מתוך הקולקציה הזו. את הדף השני הכנתי עם הדף Rose Arbor שהוא בגווני תכלת. הפעם הכנתי את הדף עם תמונה שלי עם הילדים מהחופשה באילת בפסח. כך נראה הדף:

Of course it was not the only page that I made from this collection. The second page I made with the Rose Arbor page that shades of blue light. This time, I used for the page a picture of me and my children at our vacation in Eilat during Passover:

דף עם סיפור אישי - A Scrapbook page with a personal story

ביום רביעי האחרון עברתי ניתוח קטן. למרות שידעתי מראש שמדובר בהליך פשוט שלא אורך הרבה זמן הייתי במתח. ואם נוסיף לכך העובדה שהייתי צריכה להיות 6 שעות בצום, חישפתי דרך כיצד להעסיק את עצמי כך שהראש יהיה עסוק במשהו אחר מעבר לניתוח ולא ארגיש את הצום.
לשמחתי, החלטתי שלפני הניתוח אכין דף חדש עם תמונה ישנה שלי שמצאתי לגמרי במקרה. אני חייבת לספר שהיצירה מאוד עזרה לי, הייתי כל כך שקועה בדף שלא שמתי לב שהגיע הזמן לאסוף את הילדים מהגן ומהבית ספר בטרם יצאתי לבי"ח.
לשמחתי, הניתוח מאחורי, אמנם אני קצת כאובה אבל כל יום אני מרגישה יותר טוב וחוזרת לעצמי.
כיוון שאני חייבת להיות שבוע במנוחה בבית בעלי אמר לי היום שיש לו תחושבה שהזמן לא יבוזבז וזה יהיה שבוע מאוד יצירתי!

Last Wednesday I went through a minor surgery. Although I knew in advance that it is a simple procedure I was nervous. And if we add to this the fact that I had to be 6 hours fasting, I looked for a way to keep myself busy.
Fortunately, I decided that before the operation I will make a new scrapbook page with an old picture of my self that I found. I enjoyed so much doing the page that I didn't feel that the time has passed.

I'm glad that the surgery is behind me, though I'm a little sore, each day I feel better and I return to myself.

Because I have to be at home for a week, my husband told me today that he knows that the time that I'll be at home, won't be wasted and it will be a very creative week!

חיוך גדול - Big Smile

זאת הפעם הראשונה שאני מכינה דף עם תמונה בשחור ולבן. כשחיפשתי בין התמונות וראיתי את התמונה של בעלי רני בתור ילד, הרגשתי שאני חייבת להכין דף בגוונים של שחור, לבן ואפור עם התמונה הזו.
כיוון שרציתי שיהיה בדף קצת צבע ויהיה מעניין, הוספתי בו פרחים בגוונים של תכלת - כחול. את הפרח הכחול הכנתי לפי ההדרכה של סטייסי כהן.

For the first time, I made a scrapbook page with a black and white picture. When I was looking for an appropriate picture I saw the picture of my husband Rani as a child and I felt that I have to make a scrapbooking page with this picture .

Because I wanted to add some color to the page, I added some flowers.

The blue flower that I added in the top was maded with the guidelines of Stacy Cohen.

דף חדש ל- Creative Scrapbook- Sketch Challenge

אחד הבלוגים שאני מאוד אוהבת הוא My Creative Scrapbook. בבלוג הזה מעלות כל בנות צוות העיצוב של האתר My Creative Scrapbook את הדפים היפים שהן הכינו עם הקיטים החודשיים של האתר כולל הסברים והדרכות מצולמות כיצד הכינו את הדפים שלהן. בחודש אוגוסט אחרון, עלה לאוויר עוד בלוג -My Creative Sketches - בו מועלים אתגרים חודשיים עם פרסים נדיבים מאוד, כאשר כל משתתף נדרש להכין עבודה על סמך הסקיצה החודשית שמועלית בבלוג.
כשראיתי את הסקיצה האחרונה, החלטתי להשתתף באתגר ולנסות לזכות בפרס הנכסף. תאחלו לי בהצלחה!

One of the blogs that I really like is My Creative Scrapbook. Every mounth the design team of My Creative Scrapbook show the beautiful pages that were prepared by them with the monthly kits of My Creative Scrapbook . In their posts the desing team girls include explanations and video tutorials about how they prepared their pages.

Last August, they got another blog -My Creative Sketches - where they run mounthly challenges with very generous prizes. When I saw the last sketch, I decided to participate in the challenge . Whish me luck!!!

כרטיס וינטאג' - Vintage greeting card

דנה הבייביסיטר שלנו מתגייסת בסוף השבוע הקרוב.
במשך שלוש וחצי שנים דנה הפכה לחלק מהמשפחה שלנו ובעיקר היא הפכה לחברה טובה מאוד של הילדים שלי. מצדי, שיתפתי אותה בכל פעם שהיגיעה אלינו בעבודות החדשות שלי.
לכן, רגע אחד לפני הגיוס שלה, היה לי ברור שיחד עם מתנה שהחלטנו לקנות לה יתלווה גם כרטיס ברכה מושקע.
לאור ההצלה של הכרטיס שהכנתי לאחותי לכבוד יום הולדתה ה- 40, החלטתי להכין לדנה כרטיס בסגנון דומה. את הכרטיס הכנתי במפגש Scrap Cafe שאליס מ- My Punch אגרנה לכבוד הזוכות באליפות הסקראפבוקינג הישראלית לשנת 2011.

Our babysitter Dana, recruits the army this weekend.
For three and a half years, Dana has become a part of our family and specially for my children . I've shared with her my new projects every time she came to our home.
Therefore, I knew that besides the present that I bought for her, I would prepare a special greeting card.
After the compliments that I recieved for the greeting card that I made for my sister's 40 birthday, I decided to make a similar greeting card for Dana.

I made the card at the Scrap Cafe meeting that Alice from My Punch organized for winners of the Israeli Scrapbooking 2011 Championship .

מיני אלבום לכבוד יום הולדתה של חמותי - Mini album for my mother's-in-law birthday

חמותי חגגה את יום הולדתה בתחילת החודש. כיוון שהיא מאוד אוהבת את סיגנון הווניטאג'- רומנטי החלטתי להפתיע אותה ולהכין לה מיני אלבום עם תמונות שלנו בסגנון האוהב עליה - וינטאג'-רומנטי.
את מיני האלבום הכנתי עם הדפים המדהימים של Melissa Frances בשילוב הפרחים וסרטי התחרה המדהימים של חברת פרימה.

My mother in law celebrated her birthday at the begining of October. Since she love the Vintage-Romantic style, I decided to surprise her and I made a Vintage-Romantic mini album for her.

I used for this mini albumsome pattern papers of Melissa Frances that I love very much, flowers and lance from "Prima" company.

את המיני אלבום הכנתי בהשראת הכרטיסי ברכה שראיתי בבלוג של מליסה פרנסיס.

I decided to make the mini album based on the lovely cards that I saw at Melissa Frances blog.

כדי שהמיני אלבום יהיה יציב השתמשתי ב- Chipboard שחתכתי בגודל 6inch x 6inch. דף הכריכה חתוך בצורה שונה מיתר הדפים כדי ליצור אלבום יותר מעניין.

I used Chipboard for a stable base . I cut the Chipboard in 6inch x 6inch squares and for the cover I cut the Chipboard in a different shape in order to make the mini album more interesting.
