מיני אלבום לנגה - Noga's mini album

לאחרונה הייתי עסוקה בהכנת מיני אלבום לאחיינית החדשה שלי - נגה.
כהרגלי, הכנתי את המיני אלבום מאפס! את הכריכה הכנתי משני צ'יבורדים בגודל 7.5X7.5 אינצ' ולדפי האלבום השתמשתי בקולקציה המדהימה של Graphic 45  שאני מאוד אוהבת Little Darlings.

למרות שנהוג להוסיף למיני אלבומים הרבה כיסים ותגים, השתדלתי לא להוסיף הרבה כיסים ותגיות ורוב הדפים שהכנתי היו פשוטים יחסית.

אחותי ובעלה ומאוד אהבו את המתנה ואני נהנתי לנשק את נגה בזמן שהם ראו את המיני אלבום

Recently I was busy making a mini-album for my new niece - Noga.

As usual, I made the mini album by myself! The cover was made ​​with two 7.5X7.5 inches chipboards and for the pages I used the amazing collection of Graphic 45  that I really like - Little Darlings.

 

Although it is commonly to add a lot  pockets and tags at the mini albums, I tried not to add a lot of them and most of the pages that I made were relatively simple.

My sister and her husband really liked the mini album, and I enjoyed kissing Noga while the looked at the mini album.

 

 

 

 

מגירת דפוס ביתית - Home made Shadow box

תמיד רציתי להכין מגירת דפוס עם תמונות של הילדים ושל רני כדי שאוכל לתלות אותה בסלון.
הרעיון ישב לי בראש הרבה זמן עד שלפני כחודש, בשעות הלילה המאוחרות, כשהתקשתי לישון עלה בראשי רעיון מדליק: להכין מגירת דפוס מצ'יפבורד.
אחרי שבוע שהרעיון תפס אותי, התחלתי ליישם אותו. לבסיס של מגדרת הדפוס השתמשתי בדף צ'יפבורד בגודל  12X12 אינצ'.  אח"כ חתכתי רצועות בגודל 12X1.5 אינצ' כדי ליצור את המסגרת ורצועות ברוחב 1.5 אינצ' ובאורכים שונים כדי ליצור את המגירות הפנימיות.
לאחר מכן, צבעתי את הכל בצבע אקרילי לבן ועטפתי בקרסטוק לבן כל מגרה לפני שעצבתי אותה ובקצוות הוספתי washi tape בסגנון וינטאג'.
למרות שעבדתי המון שעות על המגרה, הייתי מרוצה עם התוצאה הסופית וכמובן קיבלתי כמה תובנות לגבי אופן בניית המגרה, כך שייתכן אכין עוד מגדרת דפוס בקרוב.

I always wanted to make a shadow box with the children's and Rani's pictures.

I've been thinking about it for a long time until a month ago, late at night, when I couldn't sleep I have a great idea: I'll make a shadow box by my self!

After a week, I started to implement it. For the base of the shadow box I used a 12x12 inches chipboard. Then I cut strips of 12X1.5 inches size to create the frame. Then I cut some straps 1.5 inches wide and various lengths to create the internal drawers.

Lately, I painted everything with white acrylic paint and I wrapped the inside drawers with white carstok paper before I started with the interior design at the end, I added vintage washi tape at the edges

Although I worked a lot of hours on this project, I was pleased with the outcome and of course I got some insights how to build the shadow box, so it may make a new one soon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

מיני אלבום פיה - Fairy mini album

לפני כמה חודשים ראיתי את הסרטון הדרכה של סטפני מילר להכנת מיני אלבום מדף מעוצב ושאריות דפים נוספים.
כיוון שמעיין ביקשה מזה זמן רב להכין ביחד יצירה, החלטנו להכין ביחד מיני אבלום לפי ההדרכה של סטפני.

מעיין עזרה לי בקיפולי הדף ליצירת הכריכה ובחרה את הדפים שיהיו בתוך האלבום ואני הכנתי את השאר.

A few months ago I saw a great video from Stephanie Miller where she explain how to make a mini album from one scrapbook page and other scraps.

Since Mayan (my daughter) asked me to make a project together, we decided to make a mini ablum together by Stephanie's video.


Mayan helped me to create the cover page (she made all the folds) and she chose the pages and I made the rest.

 

 

 

 

תג אביבי - Spring tag

כסקראפרית מושבעת, אני מאוד אוהבת את חודש מרץ! למה אתם שואלים?!
כמו שאתם יודעים, מדי שנה בחודש ינואר נערכת תערוכת החורף של CHA. בתערוכה זו מוצגים הליינים החדשים שילוו אותנו עד החורף.
לשמחתי, כל השפע והיופי הזה משתחרר לחנויות לקראת סוף פברואר - תחילת מרץ וגם אני כמו רבות מאתנו קניתי את  החותמות החדשות של Julie Nutting מבית Prima.

לכבוד חג האביב שבא עליו לטובה, הכנתי תג אביבי עם אחת החותמות של קניתי. בהזדמנות זו אני רוצה לאחל לכולכם חג שמח! תנהנו מחוה"מ, המצות והמפגשים המשפחתיים

As an enthusiast scrapbooker, I love March! Why do you ask?!

Well, as you know, after the great CHA Winter exhibition, which takes place every January, the abundance and beauty products are released to the scrap shops towards the end of February - beginning of March and like many of you, I bought the new stamps of Julie Nutting from Prima company.

Tomorrow we celebrate the Jewish holyday - Passover, in which not only we celebrate our independence but we also celebrate the beginning of spring.

For this occasion I made a Spring tag with one of the stamps that I bought.

 

From here, I want to wish you all a happy holiday! Happy Passover to you and you family!

 

 

 

אתגר חדש "פשוט יפה - A new challenge - Simple Beautiful

את הדף הזה הכנתי במיוחד לאתר ההשראה ב"יוצאים מהקווים".
בדרך כלל אני מנויה סמויה בבלוג, אבל כשראיתי את תמונת ההשראה הרגשתי דחף ליצור דף חדש.
אני לא יודעת אם זה הצבעים, הפרחים או השילוב ביניהם שהזכירו לי דפים ישנים ששכבו במגירה ללא שימוש שהתאימו בול לצבעי התמונה, שגרמו לי ליצור דף מעוצב משלי.

I made a new LO for an Israeli blog challenge "Yotzim me hakavim" (Go over the lines).

Usually I don't take a part of this blog challenge (I prefere to visit the blog and see the beautiful ideas there), but this time, when I saw the inspiration picture, it remebered me some old papers that I have that are maded for this picture, so I did my LO based on the picture

לפני הכל, אני רוצה לשתף אתכם במשהו שאני מתלבטת לגבי מזה זמן רב:

הפעם הכנתי דף בתוך מחברת ה- Art journal שלי. את הדמות ציירתי בהשראת הדמויות של סוזי בלו שכבשו אותי לאחרונה.
את הדמות צבעתי בטושי Promarkers ואת הרקע צבעתי בצבעי מיים וקישתי אותו גם עם מסכות ודיו Distress

 

And now, let me to introduce my latest project!

 

This time I made a journal page in my Art journal notebook.

 

I drew the image, inspired by the lovely dolls of Suzi Blu that I fell in love with them, recently.
I painted the image with Promarkers and the background was painted with water colors and  Distress ink.

 

 

 

 

 

 

כרטיס לנגה - Baby Noga

בסוף נובמבר נולדה האחיינית שלי נגה, אשר כבשה לבנו מהר מאוד.
בתור דודה גאה (ומאוד "אובייקטיבית"), אני חייבת לציין שהעיניים שלה מדהימות וככל שהיא גדלה, היא נהיית יותר יפה (האובייקטיבית, כבר אמרתי?!).

לפני כשבועיים חגגו לנגה מסיבת בריתה ולכבוד האירוע הכנתי לה כרטיס מתוק ורוד בדיוק כמוה.

At the end of November, my niece Noga (Venus) was born. Needless to say that she is the center of my entire family.
She is so pretty, specially her eyes! (Yeap! I'm a pround aunt!) and as she grows,she becomes more beautiful.


Two weeks ago, we celebrated Noga's birth (In Israel we celebrate the "Baby shower" after the baby is born), and for the occasion I made a pink sweet just like her.
