Hey there! Recently I've started  participating at LO's challenges.  I really enjoyed it because even though the LO has to be based on the sketch, I can bring myself every time.

תג בסגנון רומנטי - Ladies diary tag

לפני כמה ימים חברה מאוד טובה שלי חגגה יום הולדת. במקום להכין לה כרטיס ברכה, החלטתי להכין תג שישמש אותה גם כסימניה לספר (למרות שבזכות התינוק המקסים שלה, לא נראה לי שיש לה זמן לקריאה).

להכנת התג השתמשתי בדפים היפהפיים של Graphic 45 מתוך הקולקציה Ladies Diary.

Last week one of my closer friends has celebrated her birthday. Instead of making her a greeting card, I made a tag that can be used also as a book mark (although that she has no free time for reading thanks to her beautiful baby boy).

 

For the tag, I used the beautiful pages of the Ladies Diary collection by Graphic 45.

 

 

 

 

 



אתגר חדש - Once upon a Sketch October Challenge

מדי פעם אני רואה אתגר עם סקיצה מעניינת ומחליטה להישתתף.
זה בדיוק מה שקרה לי כשראיתי את הסקיצה היפה והמעניינת שהועלתה באתגר לחודש אוקטובר ב-  Once upon a Sketch.
הפעם התבקשנו להוסיף לדף תווית המבוססת על הציטוט שקיבלנו, כאשר כל אחד יכול היה לפרש את הציטוט בדרך שהוא חושב לנכון.



 

From time to time, when I see an interesting challenge with a great sketch, it makes me want to participate. When I saw the October's sketch at Once upon a Sketch, I knew that I need to take a part of.

As we were told, we needed to create a layout based on the sketch and a specific quote that can  be interpret at any way we like. We also needed to incorporate a  journalling with our interpretation of the quote.

אני מודה! נדבקתי בחיידק המיקס מדיה וה- Art Journal!
האמת איך לא? מעבר לרעיונות היפים שאני מוצאת ב- Pinterest, לאט לאט מבחר המוצרים והסדנאות שמגיעות לארץ (אודות לעינת אלג'ם ולענת גרציאני) הולך וגדל ואני מוצאת את עצמי עובדת עם ג'סו, מסכות, צבעים אקרילים ומה לא.

לפני כמה שבועות מצאתי סרטון מדהים של היוצרת  Sandra Van der Geest  והרעיון המסתדר מאחוריו מאוד קסם לי. מייד התחלתי לחפש תמונות מהעיתונים, הוצאתי את חומרי היצירה שלי והכנתי דף כפול מבוסס על הדרכה של סנדרה.

I confess! I was hooked by the Mixed Media and the Art Journal!

The truth ,Why not? Beyond the beautiful ideas that I found on Pinterest,  the number of products and workshops that came to Israel (thanks to Einat Alagem and Anat Gratziani) is increasing and I find myself working with gesso, masks, acrylic colors etc.


A few weeks ago,  I found an amazing video from  the great artist Sandra Van der Geest and I wanted to make my own version. Immediately, I started looking for pictures at my magazines, I took all my stuff and I made a ​​double page based on Sandra's tutorial.

כרטיסי ברכה רומנטיים A Ladies' diary greeting cards

אני אוהבת את הסיגנון וינטאז' - הרומנטי.
לאחרונה גיליתי מחדש את חברת Graphic 45 שהקו שלה הוא בדיוק בסגנון שאני אוהבת. לפני כמה חודשים יצא הליין  A Ladies' Diary  וישר התאהבתי בו. כשהדפים הגיעו לישראל הייתי בין הראשונות שקנתה את ה- 8x8" פאד.

כפי שכבר סיפרתי בעבר, אצלנו ימי הולדת מרוכזים במספר חודשים, בספטמבר, למשל חגגנו 4 ימי הולדת! לכבוד האירועים הכנתי כרטיסי הברכה עם דפים היפים של הליין   A Ladies' Diary  .

אני מאוד נהנתי להכין את כרטיסי הברכה לבנות שחגגו יום הולדת, הבעיה מבחינתי הייתה להכין את כרטיסי ברכה לגברים שבחבורה כי רציתי שהכרטיסים יהיו יפים מצד אחד אך לא יותר מדי עמוסים בקישוטיים (שמתאימים יותר לנשים). לכן הלכתי על קו בטוח: כרטיסים נקיים בגוונים חומים /כתומים.

I love the romantic and vintage style.

Recently I rediscovered the Graphic 45 company  that has products exactly that I like. Some months ago, they launched the A Ladies' Diary collection and I straight fell in love with the collection. So, when the collection arrived toIsrael I bought the 8x8 "pad.

 As I mentioned  previously, most of the birthdays that my family and my close friends celebrate are concentrated in several months, in September, for example, we celebrate 4 birthdays! 

For those ocasions, I made the greeting cards with the beautiful pages of the A Ladies' Diary  collection.

I really enjoyed preparing the greeting cards, the problem for me was to make the men's cards because I wanted that the cards will be pretty but not too laden with decorative figures (which are better suited for women). So I  made a simple greeting cards on orange and brown colors.

הלבוגר עושה לי קצת צרות - Some troubles with bloger

הי לכם! מזה חודשיים כמעט, בכל פעם שנכנסים לבלוג שלי, במקום להגיע לכתוב הרגילה של הבלוג (סיומת com) באופן אוטומטי כתובת שונתה לכתובת המקומית (סיומת co.il).

כתוצאה מכך אי אפשר היה לירשם לאפשרות של "עקוב" אחר הבלוג שלי (רשימת העוקבים שמופיעה בצידו הימני של המסך) לא הוצגה (במקומה הופיעה הודעת שגיאה).
אחרי בירור שעשיתי עם משתמשים אחרים הבנתי שבשל שינוי שנעשה לחלק גדול מהבלוגים לא ניתן להציג רשימת עוקבים (כפי שקרה לי).

על מנת לאפשר להציג את רשימת העוקבים, הוספתי לינק מיוחד מתחת לחלון העוקבים (בצידו הימני של המסך) בלחיצה על הלינק מועלית הכתובת המקורית של הבלוג  (סיומת com) והבעיה נפתרת.

היום במקרה, כשפתחתי את הבלוג ראיתי שכתובת הבלוג מוצגת בצורה תקינה! אבל - תמיד יש "אבל" כשרציתי להציץ בכמות האנשים הרשומים לקבלת  עדכונים במייל על פרסומים בבלוג, ראיתי שהרשימה אופסה! כשהתעמקתי קצת מצאתי הודעה שאיתרה על התקלה שנבעה בהצגת הכתובת המקומית . תקלה טופלה אך עכשיו כל הנתונים התאפסו.

אתם בוודאי שואלים מדוע אני מספרת לכם על כך?! הסיבה ברורה: אני אוהבת את העוקבים שלי ומשמח אותי לקבל תגובות כה חמות מכם. לכן, אני חוששת שבגלל הפעולה שננקטה (איפוס רשימת המיילים שמקבלים עדכונים על פרסומים מהבלוג שלי) לא תקבלו עוד עדכונים.

אם אכן המצב אצלכם, אשמח מאוד אם תרשמו בשנית!

Hey there! For the last two months, every time you visit my blog, my blog's address is changed automatically by "Bloger" and insted of ending with "com" the address is ending with "co.il" (the local addresses)
As a result, it was impossible to sign up to the "follow"option  wich appears as an error message ( at the top of the right side of the screen).
After I asked at the net if it happens to others blogs and what can I do with this problem, I understood that Bloger has changed the infrastructure of the blogs and that's why some of the blogs can not display  the "Follow" option successive (as happened to me).

To enable display the "Follow" option, I added a special link that allow to raised the original address of the blog  and the "Follow" option is displayed.

Today, when I visit my blog  I noticed that the blog's address is dispayed properly! But - there's always a "but" , when I check  at the number of people who registered for email updates, I saw that the list has been reset! When I studied a bit what has happened,  I found a message that noticed me that it was detected a problem in my blog (by directing the local address insted the international address). The problem was taken care, but now all the data is reset.
You probably ask why am I telling you this? The reason is obvious: I love my followers and I'm happy to receive comments from you and I'm afraid that because of the action that was taken (reset emails list to get updates on my blog posts) you will no longer receive updates.
So, if it happens to you,  I'll glad id you would register again!
